1 tablespoon grass fed butter 
1 teaspoon coconut oil 
1 teaspoon cacao powder 
1 g of pink Himalayan salt 
Dash of cinnamon 

I sometimes add creatine and or protein powder if I’m feeling a little spicy. 

these are approximate amounts. Modify as you need to taste. These measurements may be a little intense for your 1st cup though. Try reducing them by half.

Mix that shit up and enjoy 😋
